BAR-B-QUE ROAST 
3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. Tabasco
4 tsp. A-1 Sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. liquid smoke

Salt roast, brown on both sides, pour over mixture above. Cook on low heat 5 to 6 hours. Cook on top of stove.
