GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, boil and cool (not over cooked)
1 med. onion, chopped
3 green onions, cut with tops
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in sm. pieces

MIXTURE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten

Slice potatoes and place in bowl with chopped and green onions. Brown bacon in skillet, remove and place with potatoes. Mix last 6 ingredients, stirring into hot bacon drippings. Cook until smooth about 45 seconds. Add potatoes, bacon and onions. Reheat and serve.
