CREAM CHEESE FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. light cream

Cream together cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Slowly add cream, mixing thoroughly. Freeze in refrigerator tray until firm, break into chunks and beat with mixer until smooth. Return to tray. Freeze until firm. Makes 6 servings.
