3 c. white sugar 1 stick butter 3/4 can Pet milk 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (Hersheys) Vanilla 1 1/2 c. Jif peanut butter Put sugar, milk, butter and chocolate into saucepan. Slowly dissolve mixture and boil until it forms soft ball in water. Remove and add vanilla and about 1 1/2 cups Jif peanut butter and beat until stiff. Pour into pan. It should be pretty stiff. Let cool and cut. I sometimes add nuts (black walnuts) instead of peanut butter. |
