Mix following ingredients in large pyrex bowl:

2 c. walnuts
3 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. vanilla

Bring to boil:

4 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk

After this comes to a rolling boil, boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over the above ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered dish and store in refrigerator.
