SEE'S FUDGE 
Bowl Mixture:

8 oz. marshmallow cream
2 c. chopped nuts
3 lg. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. butter

Saucepan Mixture:

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Cook saucepan mixture over low heat until mixture boils (about 20 minutes to boil).

Pour this over bowl mixture. Stir until chips are melted. Pour in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Chill until hardened. Cut into pieces.
