3 (8 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts

Mix in bowl. Bring to a boil 4 1/2 cups sugar and 1 can evaporated milk. Boil 9 minutes; pour over above mixture. Stir slowly until well mixed. Do not whip.

Pour into a buttered pan and let set. Wrap in foil and store in ice box.
