5 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 cubes butter
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. Bakers chocolate
1 jar marshmallow creme

Stir sugar and milk, add the butter. Cook over medium heat (about 7 minutes), stir while cooking. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate, marshmallow creme. Stir until melted. Add 2 cups nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Cool.
