2 c. sugar
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Ice cream

Mix sugar and Carnation evaporated milk over heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add 6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips. Boil 5 minutes and remove from burner, then add vanilla. Let cool a little. Top your ice cream.
