PUMPKIN CRUMB CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix (reserving 1 c.)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg

Combine cake mix, butter and egg. Press mixture into 13x9 inch pan (grease bottom only). 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed) 2/3 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. pumpkin pie mix (solid pack) 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Prepare filling by combining pumpkin pie mix, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, brown sugar and milk. Pour over crust, then combine reserved cake mix, cinnamon, sugar and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees, 45-50 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
