SPINACH PIE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
2 1/2 lbs. Cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 pkg. Filo dough
Dill
2 onions
1/2 c. butter

Put butter and chopped onions in frying pan and saute. Mix in thawed spinach; add dill.

In a large bowl, scramble 6 eggs; add Cottage cheese and crumble Feta cheese, then add spinach mix.

In a large pan, lay out two pieces of Filo dough at a time and oil and each piece. Put about 6 pieces, then add all the mixture. Then all 6 more pieces of Filo dough for topping then cut into 2 inch squares. Bake into oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
