1 c. butter, softened at room temperature 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar 3/4 c. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. water 2 med. eggs, well beaten 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 c. dark raisins 1 c. pecan pieces In a large bowl with a mixer, beat until creamy: butter, both sugars, vanilla, water and eggs. With spoon, stir in flour, soda and salt. Mix well by hand. Then add raisins, chocolate pieces and nuts. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. Watch closely; they brown. |
