TURKEY SALAD 
3 c. cold cubed turkey
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. stuffed olives
Dash of black pepper
Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Combine turkey, celery, salt and pepper. Cut up eggs and olives, reserve 4 perfect egg slices and 6 olives for garnishing. Add eggs and olives to turkey and celery. Mix well with mayonnaise. Mold in salad bowl on a bed of crisp lettuce. Cover top with mayonnaise. Garnish with eggs and olives.
