SHRIMP IN BLUE CHEESE 
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 oz. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 drops Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. cooked shrimp

Mix all above except shrimp. Then take cool shrimp and toss. Coat each one with mixture. Bake in 375 degrees oven until bubbly hot. Serve over saffron rice.
