HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix cake according to box directions and bake on a 1 inch cookie sheet. Whip cream cheese and set aside. Mix pudding mix and milk. Add whipped cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled cake. Cover with crushed pineapple and a layer of coconut over that.
