SHRIMP FOR POCKET BREAD 
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans tiny shrimp
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill well. Enough for about 8 pita halves.
