PARMESAN POCKET BREAD 
3 lg. Syrian bread pockets
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cut bread slices in half, then split each half. Spread each bread half with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cut into 4 wedges. Put wedges on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serves 4-20.
