BROCCOLI AND NOODLES 
6 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
1 bunch broccoli, cut in 2" pieces
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 3/4 c. water
2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes or envelopes

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook noodles, broccoli and garlic until noodles and broccoli are coated with butter, stirring frequently.

Add water and bouillon; over high heat and bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook until noodles and broccoli are tender and all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 side dish servings.
