CHICKEN PIE 
1 whole chicken, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Escort crackers
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Crumble 2 packages crackers on bottom of pan. Add 1/2 stick butter, sliced. Next layer, add chicken, salt and pepper. Mix soups and sour cream together. Add to layer. Next add water chestnuts. Top with 2 packages crackers, crumbled. Add the other half of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
