ZUCCHINI BANANA BRUNCH BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. regular rolled oats
2 fairly large ripe bananas
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. (slightly packed) shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients; stir in oats. In medium bowl slice bananas; beat on high speed until finely mashed (should be 1 cup). Add sugar and oil; beat at high speed; add eggs, one at a time until blended. Add flour mix; at lowest speed, beat only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in zucchini and walnuts. Put in oiled and floured 9 x 9 x 1 3/4 inch cake pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut in squares in pan, remove and serve warm.
