SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
2 c. bread crumbs 1 c. milk 2 lb. ground turkey Salt and pepper to taste 4 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. brown sugar SAUCE: 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. onion (chopped fine) Mix bread crumbs, milk, turkey and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form into small balls. Fry or cook in microwave only until no longer pink. Mix sauce ingredients together. Bring to a boil in large saucepan. Add meatballs and simmer gently 30 to 45 minutes or simmer in crockpot several hours (4 to 5). Can use ground beef. |
