TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 medium chopped onion
1 envelope Taco seasoning
1 envelope Ranch House Salad Dressing Mix
2 10 oz. cans tomatoes with chilies (Ro-Tel)
4 cups canned tomatoes - diced
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can white corn

Using a 4 to 5 qt. soup pan, brown meat and drain. May want to microwave meat first to extract fat and then brown along with onions. Stir the 2 dry mixes into meat mixture. Add rest of the ingredients. Heat to serving temperature. Feel free to add more beans and corn. Freezes well. (Approximately 14 servings.)

Serve with corn chips, taco shells or tortillas.

Suggested toppings: Sour cream, black olives, hot or sweet peppers, avocado slices, shredded cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
