SANTA FE SOUP 
2 cans chicken broth
1 medium onion
1 lb. chicken breast (cut up)
1 (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
1 (11 oz.) can shoepeg corn
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can regular diced tomatoes

Brown meat and onion until tender. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
