2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. grated zucchini

Combine oil, sugars, vanilla, eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Add to mixture alternately with milk. Stir in nuts, peel and zucchini. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour, cool 15 minutes. Ice with glaze of:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 tsp. milk
