1 pkg. chopped spinach, rinsed, thawed, drained and squeezed
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. celery
1 med. onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
