CORN CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cream corn
2 tbsp. grated or chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. pimento
1 c. grated cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Heat milk. Add corn and onions; bring to a boil. Add other ingredients. Put in greased casserole. Bake 10-15 minutes until light brown. Place cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees.
