SALMON BUFFET BOWL 
1 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 c. whipping cream

Blend first 5 ingredients for dressing, chill. At serving time, whip cream until soft peaks.

1 lg. head Romaine lettuce
16 oz. can salmon, drained and broken into chunks
2 tomatoes, wedged
Snipped parsley
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise.
