TASTY CHICKEN 
Skinless and boneless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken broth or white wine
1 can mushrooms

Rinse and towel dry meat. Season with salt and pepper and poultry seasoning and lightly flour. Mix butter and oil in frying pan. Beat and add chicken. Brown on both sides. Add 3/4 cup chicken brown or white wine. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Turn, simmer 5 more minutes. Add can of mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes more.
