NACHO CHICKEN 
1 (7 oz.) bag nacho-flavored chips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 chicken, boiled and boned
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Crush chips and put into bottom of 3-quart casserole dish. Mix onion and soups, tomatoes and broth and chicken. Pour over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 6 servings.
