YIAYIA'S LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb (any size you prefer)
1 c. red wine
1 c. Swanson's chicken broth
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon pepper
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Basil
Thyme

Clean lamb. Put small pieces of garlic clove inside lamb (slit lamb and insert garlic). Usually 6 or 7 small pieces is enough. Rub some of the red wine into the outside of the lamb. Put rest of wine, chicken broth and lemon juice in baking pan. Put all other seasonings on lamb, be sure to rub them in. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Baking time will depend on size of lamb.
