MY MOM'S CARAMEL CORN 
2 gallons popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Pour popped corn in large oven pan. Combine all ingredients excluding soda in saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add soda and stir well. Pour over popped corn and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Pour on cookie sheet to cool and break up containers.
