ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), drain & chop finely
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Dash garlic salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix above, put in buttered casserole dish. Then put in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
