ARCTIC FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. cranberry sauce
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar together. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving. Slice and serve on lettuce.
