PINK ARTIC FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Lettuce

Cream together cheese and sugar; stir in mayonnaise. Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, pecans and whipped cream. Spoon into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm. Cut into slices and serve on lettuce. (May also be frozen in round cans, unmolded, and serve in slices). Yield: 8 servings.
