APRICOT BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 jar Baker's apricot filling
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together for two minutes. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Check with clean toothpick. Wait five minutes and turn over on flat dish. After cool, string with thin icing if desired.

Thin Icing: Mix powdered sugar and water and any flavoring (very thin).
