1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk Pour sweetened condensed milk into the upper part of double boiler. Cover and place over simmering water for 1 1/2 hours or until the color is caramel. Stir occasionally. Pour over ice cream or cake. Makes 1 1/2 cups. | |
