BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
3 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. chopped onion
6 hard boiled eggs
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. almonds, chopped
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except crackers. Put into 5 quart baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This can be eaten hot or cold.
