BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
3 oz. pkg. slivered or sliced almonds
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients. Pour into casserole. Top with a little grated cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes in 325-350 degree oven.
