1 c. cheese, grated
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
Ritz crackers

Mix all except crackers and butter. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top and then pour on melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
