1 can cherry pie filling
1 Jiffy yellow cake mix or 1/2 regular size mix (2 c.)
1 cube butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Slivered almonds

Pour pie filling into 7x11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with almond flavoring and cinnamon. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over filling. Melt butter and pour over cake mix. Sprinkle with almonds.

Cook on HIGH for 11-12 minutes, turning half way through the cooking time. If desired, brown 5 minutes under browning element or for 2-3 minutes under broiler in conventional oven. Great with apple.
