MICROWAVE CHERRY CRUNCH | |
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1/2 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter Spread cherry pie filling in ungreased square (8 inch) glass Pyrex dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pie filling. Mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over dry cake mix. Melt butter in microwave oven; drizzle butter over top. Microwave, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Turn dish 1 quart of a turn. Microwave 7 more minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm or cold. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. |
