CALCUTTA CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 fryer, cut up
1 med. onion
1 can chicken gravy
3 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 -1 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
3 c. cooked rice

Brown chicken and pour off fat. Add sliced onion and simmer until tender. Stir in gravy, ketchup, marmalade and curry powder. Bring to boil. Add chicken and simmer until tender, 30 minutes.
