ITALIAN BEEF 
3 1/2 lb. boneless beef roast
3 c. hot water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of garlic salt

Brown roast uncovered on 450 degree oven for 30 minutes, 15 minutes on each side. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake for 3 hours, let cool. Slice thin and return to broth. Serve on hard rolls.
