CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Sift flour once, add soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Sift again. Mix sugar and oil and beat well; add carrots, beat; add eggs, one at a time, add dry ingredients; beat well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
