MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal, or meat loaf fixings at meat counter
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion, dried
1 tsp. celery, dried seeds
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. catsup
1 egg
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Dash of oregano or marjoram

Thoroughly blend all ingredients and bake in loaf pan in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.

TOPPING:

When done, top with sauce; heat 2 tablespoons brown sugar with 1/2 cup catsup and pour over loaf before serving.
