PEPPER BREAD 
2 loaves Rhodes bread dough
3 c. banana peppers
1 lg. onion
1 can tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 lb. Italian sausage

Fry sausage and drain grease. Simmer peppers, onion and sauce until peppers are soft. Salt and pepper to taste.

Let dough raise, roll in Wesson oil. Roll out to fit sheet. Put sauce mix in center, roll second dough and put on top. Spread butter on top and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
