PENNA. DUTCH COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 med. pepper
Carrots (optional)

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Toss and pour boiling dressing directly over cabbage. Refrigerate.
