IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 pt. sour cream
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients well together. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in 2 small round, preferably non stick finish pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
