CHEESE CAKE 
2 - 2 1/4 c. mashed graham crackers
1/4 c. crushed pecans
1/3 c. melted corn oil butter

Combine ingredients. Pat into bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan. Cool in refrigerator until next step.

FILLING:

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temp.)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix filling in blender. Pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Serve plain or may be topped with "Thank You" brand blueberry or cherry filling. Spread over cool cake. Refrigerate overnight or until cake sets.
