PASSION FRUIT - ORANGE RELISH 
2 c. grated green papaw
1 c. passion fruit - orange juice
Pinch salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 hot pepper, optional

Put vinegar and sugar to boil. Stir until sugar melts. Add papaw, allow to cook until soft and liquid is reduced. Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Reduce heat and cook until mixture reaches consistency of jam. Remove and bottle.
